The brief
A working clinician needed a consultation tool that disappeared into the workflow — one full-screen editor, voice-driven note-taking, and an AI assistant that summarised the visit so the doctor could focus on the patient instead of the keyboard.
What we built
A native mobile clinical workspace. Each consult opens into a single text surface with an integrated voice recorder. Audio is transcribed by a private speech-to-text pipeline; an AI layer produces a running summary of the consult that's preserved as a snapshot at every update. Role-based user management, secure storage, and a multi-environment build pipeline — clinical-grade infrastructure underneath an interface that gets out of the way.
The result
Quietly running in production with a practising clinician for over a year. Used daily. We never marketed it — we built it for one practice, kept improving it, and it became the way that doctor works.
