The brief

A Durban cellphone retailer with a decade of bricks-and-mortar reputation needed an online presence that matched the trust they'd built in person — not a templated Shopify store, not a freelance scrap-job, and not something that would slow down on Black Friday.

What we built

A custom ecommerce store with multi-condition product listings (new and pre-owned), secure checkout, stock management, and a back office their team could actually run. Designed to complement the marketplace footprint they already had — the site is the canonical home of the brand without competing with the listings they run on South Africa's major online marketplaces.

The result

A retail business with a strong customer reputation and a real online storefront that earns its keep alongside the physical store and marketplace listings. They're now migrating onto our custom ecommerce platform — joining Victoria Packaging and other South African retailers on the same stack.
