Zero transaction surcharge
Shopify charges 0.6%–2% on every SA sale when merchants use a third-party payment gateway — and Shopify Payments isn't available in South Africa, so a third-party gateway is the only option. We charge 0% on top of whatever the gateway charges.

Email campaigns, SMS, 3-step abandoned cart recovery, automated review requests, popups, segmentation. The equivalent feature set on Shopify is typically built from third-party apps like Klaviyo, Judge.me, Omnisend and AfterShip.

Multi-location with staff isolation
On the Pro plan, staff are assigned to specific locations and only see data for those locations. The equivalent location-scoped access on Shopify typically requires their POS Pro tier.

How does this compare to Shopify on price?
At R250,000/month in store revenue, a Shopify Grow setup with the equivalent third-party marketing apps comes to roughly R7,179/month — that's R899 for the Grow plan (annual billing), around R3,780 for a typical app stack like Klaviyo, Judge.me, Omnisend, AfterShip and Privy, and R2,500 in 1% transaction surcharges (Shopify Payments isn't available in South Africa, so a third-party gateway is required). Our Growth tier is R900/month with that marketing functionality built in. Your numbers will differ depending on plan, billing cycle and revenue.
Are there transaction fees or per-sale charges?
No. We never charge a percentage of your revenue. You pay the monthly platform fee and that's it. Payment gateway fees go directly to the gateway (BobPay, Payflex, or your EFT bank) — we don't add anything on top.
How does billing work?
You pay the once-off R20,000 setup up front, then your first two months are free. From month three you pay the monthly plan fee. No lock-in — you can leave whenever you want.
Can you migrate my existing store?
Yes — we import products, categories, customers, orders and even password hashes from WooCommerce, so your customers can keep logging in with their existing passwords. Migration is a once-off R2,500 to R5,000 depending on store size and data complexity.
What happens if I outgrow my email or SMS allowance?
You top up with credit packs starting from R200 for 1,000 emails (R0.20 each). Our credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.
Do I own my data?
Yes. You can export everything — products, customers, orders — at any time. We don't lock you in and there are no early termination fees.
Where is the platform hosted?
On Cloudflare's global edge network — 300+ points of presence. Pages load quickly from anywhere in South Africa, and the platform auto-scales under traffic spikes.
